Cookies Policy

Like most gaming sites, Cuntspin Casino stores small pieces of data on your device so that the site can remember who you are, keep your session safe and load quickly. This policy lists the kinds of cookies and similar technologies we use, explains the reason for each and shows you how to manage them. It should be read with our privacy policy, and it applies to everyone using our site, including players aged 18 and over from Australia.

What a Cookie Is

A cookie is a short text file that a website places in your browser. It may be removed when you close the browser (a session cookie) or stay for days or months (a persistent cookie). We also use local storage and similar tools, which work in a comparable way and are covered by this policy.

Cookies We Always Need

Some cookies are needed for the site to function, and without them it will not work properly. They are placed without asking for separate consent.

Keeping you signed in as you move between pages
Protecting your account against fraud and repeated failed logins
Remembering your AUD wallet and cashier state during a deposit
Balancing traffic so that games load reliably
Storing your age confirmation and cookie choices

Preference Cookies

These help us remember choices that make the site easier to use. Examples include your preferred language, whether you collapsed a menu, the pokies you marked as favourites and the last game you opened. If you turn them off, the site still works, but you may need to repeat selections on every visit.

Performance and Analytics

We measure how people use the site so that we can fix slow pages and improve the lobby. Information is combined, and we look at figures such as pages visited, load times, browser type and the approximate region you connect from. We do not use analytics data to identify you personally.

Marketing Cookies

With your agreement, we and our advertising partners may use cookies to show promotions that fit your interests and to measure whether an advertisement worked. We do not target anyone known to be under 18, and we do not target players who have self-excluded. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Cookies From Other Companies

Some features come from outside providers, and those providers may set their own cookies.

Game studios, to run and secure game sessions
Live dealer video streams
Payment and verification services
Live chat tools

We choose partners carefully, but their cookies fall under their own policies, which you may wish to review.

Consent and Your Choices on First Visit

When you first open the site, a banner asks whether you accept non-essential cookies. Declining is as easy as accepting, and the site remains fully usable. You can reopen your choices at any time from the footer link, and we ask again if the types of cookies we use change in a meaningful way. We keep a record of your choice so that we do not ask on every page, and we treat the absence of a choice as a refusal for marketing and analytics cookies.

How Long They Last

Session cookies disappear when you close your browser. Persistent cookies last for a limited time, generally from a few days up to twelve months, and renew only if you return. Authentication cookies expire sooner if you choose to log out.

Managing and Deleting Cookies

You are in control of what is stored on your device.

Use the cookie banner to accept or decline non-essential categories
Change your browser settings to block or delete cookies
Clear stored data on your phone in the app settings
Use private browsing, which discards cookies when the window closes

Blocking essential cookies may prevent you from logging in or making a deposit.

Our Web App and APK

If you install our progressive web app or the Android APK, similar storage is used to keep you signed in, remember limits and load pages more quickly. Clearing the app data on your phone removes it, and you will need to log in again through the Cuntspin login page.

Changes and Questions

We may update this policy when we add features or when the law changes, and we will publish the new version on this page. Questions can be sent to support@cuntspincasino.com or through the contacts page. Cuntspin Entertainment N.V. operates under Curacao licence No. GC-CUR-8048/JAZ-5632.
